After several calls to other companies, and without a return call, the representative, very professional. Mr. Charlebois, was friendly and above all available. He took the time to explain the products and warranties to me. The work was carried out in a reasonable time, the installers were courteous, professional and available to answer my questions. There's a great selection of products but their installation is even better if you can have some work done on your drains guys you want to call
