We ordered from Ratelier for the first time, this weekend (Take-out), I have five words for you! Wow, wow, wow and re-wow !!!!!

Ordered via text during COVID. Response was prompt and was delivered right on time to our hotel room in St. Jovite! (I hesitated at first because the address was listed as 49km away)
Had the 1/2 rack of ribs and they were amazing! The salad is good but it's worthwhile going for the homemade fries to mop up the rest of the sauce.
Hubby had the duck and it was equally good.
Son is vegetarian so he had the 4 cheese pizza and it was delicious but just can't compare to the BBQ dishes :)

We ordered the tapas tasting menu plus some pub fare for later. We had delivery because you know...lock down.

Tapas: Parmesan black tea crisps, New Brunswick snow crab with sprouts on a crisp (I did not bother with the miso sauce), fois gras with crab apple jelly on brioche, beef tartare with truffle oil, scallops in champagne sauce, mini wild boar pogo, guinea fowl and artichoke gratiné. All Heavenly.
The duck confit leg was a bit salty for my taste but the girls loved it.

HOWEVER. I would walk through waist deep snow and punch a bison in the nose for any of the BBQ - the ribs and pulled pork are next level. Sweet and tangy sauce, fall off the bone but with some texture left for a good chew. Subtle smoke. Masterful.

Will definitely do it again when in the region - hopefully with the full in-house Chef experience. Service in making arrangements and timing of delivery were top notch. The price would have been acceptable at half the quality - lucky we did not have to choose.

Amazing food, very professional and quick !!! We had Marco and he was very curteous and organized. Great Chef !
