Mont-Tremblant Resort

Completed a mini-vacation last week with my family to Tremblant. While the conditions were great and the skiing was fantastic, there was a consensus that that the general customer service was lacking. For instance: On our first day when arriving to the ski shop to pick up our rentals there was a very miserable employee at the desk who failed to greet us or make us feel welcomed in any way. Though the guys who got our skis ready for us were great and friendly, the initial interaction definitely left a sour taste. The other thing that was annoying was the additional resort tax that was applied to everything that we purchased. While it's understood that things at a resort are likely to be more expensive than traditional stores, this was exacerbated by a hefty tax. Perhaps if the service we received was excellent throughout our stay this could be overlooked, however this was not the case. If the service was better this resort could certainly receive a 4-5 Star rating. I'd recommend trying this resort out, but bang for the buck and overall skiing experience you may want to consider heading to Western Canada.

Comming back here in winter season

Very nice place to visit in summer. Scenic. Only disadvantage is food is very expensive. No halal food around.

It was a dream city

Mont Tremblant experience was great 👍. We had great time during the boat cruise.
I will definitely be back for more fun activities 🙂
