We have a Lazyboy hot tub purchased from this supplier.
We have been struggling with water heat control for almost 2 years.
This supplier replaced parts to correct the problem.
Unfortunately, the problem of water overheating to 104 degrees one day, two days later the temperature drops to 88 degrees and the phenomenon persists.
In September 2020, the supplier informs us that he must get us the part that will solve the recurring problem.
However, we are informed that although it is under warranty is still overdue due to the pandemic.
The Genko company does not seem to want to take the time to resolve a customer problem and leave the supplier without a solution to kindly resolve our recurring problem.
For these reasons, I cannot recommend future buyers to purchase Lazyboy brand spas.
I am not satisfied with the slowness and the method that this supplier uses to satisfy customers who want the full satisfaction of enjoying using the spa for total relaxation.

Just bought a pool there and the salesman was courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and made it a simple transaction.
