Needed new snowboard boots. I told Louis what I needed and wanted. He recommended a boot then measured my foot. He also recommended an insole. I’m very happy with my purchase. The boot and insole were a game changer for my ride. Best service I’ve ever had at a resort shop.

My wife and I just had our best experience of buying ski boots here! Eric did a great job and put a lot of time helping us find the best fit boot for my wife. He patiently spent more than 45 minutes trying different boots and even custom fitted inner part and outer shell. Thank you Eric!

Bought a pair of Salomon boots in Toronto and used them for the first time at Tremblant. Had a serious fit problem w one of them. They spent 60 minutes refitting it for me. They refused to let me leave before the boot fit perfectly. I asked to be charged for their efforts but they refused. Amazing store w staff that really, really know their stuff.
