We were vacationing in the Mount Tremblant area and had an issue with one of the tires which we were quite concerned about.. We called up this dealership and they were very quick to check the availability of the parts (tire & rim) and order it for delivery on the same day. They were also kind enough to accommodate our request of having the appointment on the same day even though the schedule was very tight. The service was very professional, quick and efficient. We were vacationing in the Ste Agathe area in July and we had a problem with a tire on our ML. I went into this dealership and they looked after me in a professional and efficient manner. I have never been to this dealership before and might never go again (given we live in Ontario) but the entire staff looked after me. Also had coffee and croissants while I waited. Merci Beaucoup to the entire service team at Franke MB!!!

It is the only Mercedes-Benz dealership in the area however they do not let that influence the way they treat their customers. Very cordial and see very much answer two most people's expectations. It is a small dealership but this is all I am looking for in the area far away from the big city.
