(December 4, 2019, 7:51 pm)This is a review of their beer. I tried the “pascal” which certainly deserves the praise. Perfectly balanced and unique beer with perfect hoppy and sour notes. A quality brew coming from a guy who’s really tasted many craft beers over the years. The pascal is certainly one to remember and to keep buying. Excited to try more varieties.
