(September 7, 2019, 11:45 pm)I recently completed three weeks of Panchakarma (detoxification and cleansing treatment) at the beautiful and peaceful Sivananda Ashram Yoga Camp. Thanks to the excellent care provided by Dr. Vishnu and his team of caring therapists my health improved significantly. I feel rejuvenated and I have more energy and strength.
