if you dont speak french youre probably going to have hard time so better get a translation app , and start learning. because these guys barely speak any english.... Typical French Canadians.
Bathroom is clean and , these guys take care of hygene.
Coming with appointment and coming early.. They will take you even before too.
Good guys.
