I ate in several sugar shacks until I discovered "Le Fou du Bois" ... it impressed me: O ... The best sugar shack in Quebec, I really enjoyed myself, everything everything is EXCELLENT, the "crist ears" are succulent and melts in the mouth, impeccable service, very clean place, welcoming and courteous owner .... really I recommend AAAA +++++

Super home, food ++ above average, from home to the ton. Pea soup tastes ham broth (a big +), Jesus ears melt in the mouth, house cretons are to eat at the pound, homemade maple ice cream and grandfathers are at overflow. Only downside, the beans would be better to be more tasty. An enchanting site to move with the kids!
