This is the first time that we have dealt with such a responsible agency, with one-of-a-kind customer service. In times of pandemic, we received all the necessary information before our departure, a follow-up during our stay and in preparation for our return to Canada. Je ne le recommanderais certainement pas, je n'ai jamais vraiment été pris au sérieux en tant que client, et quand j'ai finalement réservé, ils n'ont pas mentionné des restrictions très importantes concernant la destination. Ils m'ont dit que le remboursement n'était pas possible, ce qui était un mensonge. J'ai finalement récupéré mon argent et j'ai pu voyager et organiser mon mariage avec une autre agence de voyage.
