3D Tour Virtuel

I had a visit from a 3D virtual tour technician at home who came to take several pictures and he explained everything to me about the process and what to do. My broker sent it to us and my girlfriend and I were happy because with the covid we didn't want to have several people coming to our house. We had several offers in 1 week and our house is not a mansion. Good marketing makes the difference, as the technician told us.

I do not understand why he has not used this service more than one real estate broker. This virtual tour made me buy my house more easily, I didn't waste time visiting several houses with faked photos or rooms that looked bigger. It is not the most beautiful house in the neighborhood but I had the right time with the virtual tour I had.
