(February 11, 2021, 6:52 pm)I cannot be more pleased with the results of Basco repairing/replacing the outer glass in my 30+ year old windows. They had to remove the frame, replace the glass and put it all back together again. It's like having brand new windows without the high cost of replacing them completely! The workers were very polite, extremely professional, wearing masks and keeping their distance etc., and completing everything in a timely manner. And knowing that if there were any issues they'd come back without any future costs. I love their 15 year warranty! I highly recommended them!
