Ordered my floors online here. Spoke to their rep and he answered all my questions as I was a little nervous s ordering online but everything Came just as described and depicted. Very helpful staff and good service. Can’t wait to see them installed!

Great experience overall. I was happy with the level of customer service their staff provided. They were very solid in helping me find the right colour and grade I needed for my floors. Ordering online was nice too as I didn’t need to make the drive. Definitely recommend.

A great online shop where I found exactly what I needed for my reception. Prices were the best I found and delivery was fast. I’m going to use them if I ever decide to renovate my home. Customer service was great. They even gave me a courtesy call to confirm my order and delivery. Couldn’t be happier.

Very helpful group of people! I was surprised when they answered my call so early in the morning while I was browsing their flooring selection online. The man on the phone was very patient and informative and helped me pick out the floors that I think were just perfect for our new home. I appreciate the efforts of covid 19 precautions they took during delivery. All around very positive experience!
