(February 14, 2020, 3:16 pm)I would like to express that my review of this company is "not" based on their services, but based on my experience with certain individuals who work within the company. My experience has to do with an incident that happend on Highway 401 involving my vehicle and their transport truck. Without naming any names, I delt with a driver of a transport truck and the GM of the company who were both very professional!
Thanks to the driver and GM's honesty and attention to my concerns the situation was delt with in a timely fashion. I would absolutely do business with this company based solely on the the experience I had dealing with their frontline operators (truck driver) and their managment team (GM). I would like to thank them both for how they facilitated everything, and I am happy to see that there are still some great Canadian companies out there! Keep up the great work guys!
