Martin and his team are exceptional. I had a radon problem which I detected with an official test from the authorities (208 Becquerel), the authorities suggest a value of 200 and less. After the passage of the Durasec Group, with a fast and courteous service, the Becquerel measurement now displays only 9 Becquerel !!! We were aiming for a radon measurement below 20 and we succeeded :-)

It was an A+mazing experience with Durasec. They provided peace of mind every step of the way. It started with the sales representative Pascal who is so prompt to respond to our messages and very detailed and transparent about their product and services aka no surprises. Then there is the team of the trio Vincent, Gabriel and the young man whose name we did not catch. They were always smiling, professional and did an impeccable job digging, backfilling and completely cleaned up the work site! The 2nd team of Alejandro were also professional and smiling to take care of the plumbing. Then the last crew that came to spray the Rub-R-Wall were also as smiling and professional! It speaks volume how well Durasec treats their employees! Stéphanie kept us in the loop if there was a delay due to uncontrollable circumstances like rain or any condition that was not safe to work. Last but not least, the founder and the core of the value of Durasec, Martin! He went above and beyond for us to make sure every part of the French drain from the sump pump pit to the draining pipe was in good working condition.
