(January 31, 2019, 8:53 pm)I brought me car for a recall that I received in the mail. I called for an appontement and got booked the for the same week which I was very please with.
At my appointment I was greeted by Gabriel the service adviser which provided excellant service. I didn’t feel like waiting for my car to be ready so offered me a ride to go where I wanted and that he would send someone to pick me up when the car was going to be ready.
Thank you to the whole team at Grenier Bmw for you great customer service.
Keep up the good work. I will definitely bring my car back in the future. -
