My brother-in-law recommended this company to me because he had already called on them. We had a low temperature heat pump installed by this company and we highly recommend it. They came for the first time to analyze our needs and to estimate the costs. They really took the time to consider all of the factors unique to our house. Communication was also easy. Whether it was not email or phone, I was always talking to someone directly. The appointment for the installation was super quick and they came exactly on time. After installation, Jeff, the owner took the time to explain how our heat pump works. He also explained to us how to apply for the Réno-climat "Chauffez Vert" grant from the government. He even took the time the next day to follow up to make sure everything was working fine. Reliable, sympathetic, attentive and professional, qualities that are rare these days for some entrepreneurs. But it exists with J. Coach!
