Also, somehow RD surplus got a hold of our email address and started sending us advertising without permission!! So not right and, if I had any intention of buying anything there, I now have been completely turned off!**

Nice place, salespeople are a bit pushy. They say no pressure but then they keep coming back to push. Not my thing.

Getting told by the cashier that she's always right when she made a billing mistake of 150$ extra! She was rude and should not serve clients.

Good store and prices less than what is available in Montreal

Good customer service. Sales person was there to answer my questions which were a lot. Always with a smile. Very patient too as I changed my choices and tried most of the sofas and chairs.

The store gave me the date of delivery,
and as I was told, the day before delivery I got a robot call to reconfirm delivery and to let me know the aprox time 1:15 to 5 pm. My boxes arrived at 3 pm and were delivered inside my place where I wanted them to be.

All in good order, chairs very solid although for me a bit difficult to read the instructions. For the pivoting/reclining chair nothing to put togethe only one piece.above the other. Very comfortable.
