I was actually a bit shocked to have received one of their crew at home to check my crackling floor - which was driving me nuts and for this reason I wanted to replace it all - but he simply said he wouldn’t take my money for a perfectly fine floor and took the time to help me adjust the humidity in my home. A simple change which - to my surprise - improved the noise by 50%.
