MR Mathieu was super helpful and professional, after having challenge with SAAQ he could get over the issue and made my day. I will definitely recommend your store to my family and friends.

The people were very courteous and helpful, they giving % attention to the customers by helping them to get what they’re really looking for. I went there to ask for information on how much I could get defrost heater fixed because it stuck on defrost but I was told that they would fix on hourly rate which is was a bit unusual to me.
(April 13, 2018, 2:14 pm)Technical advisor was great. I could not says the same for the their time-management. Took 2 hours more then supposed to and nobody came to see me with status update. Note that this is not the first time it happened. (Once took 3 hours for a simple tire change with tires already on rims)
