Lovely hotel with multiple pools, including a heated pool and a cold pool. Plus a soccer field make plus various outdoor sports fields. Great breakfast though a little pricey but comes with unlimited tea and coffee and juice. Lovely service and the app works well. We ordered a luggage cart with it and they took our luggage around for us. Due to covid, they removed the coffee machines from the rooms and the mini fridge was quite tiny compared to other hotels, but the rooms are otherwise nice and clean. Would recommend if 4 people book a room, they should provide more than two bars of hand soap but you can really order extras on the app so not a big deal.
Would definitely stay again. They also have a buy two get one night deal.
Great place to stay if you're visiting St. Sauveur. Its centrally located which is perfect if youre walking up to the waterpark or in the other direction which has all the shops and restaurants
Very nice updated rooms and staff were all friendly.
Pool area was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating for cocktails and food.
Great service, food is delicious and the heated pool hit the spot for me. Rooms were well cleaned and looked beautiful would go again.
Okay, so when you go to Saint Sauveur, what do you think of? You want to be cozy, comfortable and quaint in a very cottage-inspired environment. I loved this hotel. This place was awesome, however, the restaurant design changed and it honestly isn’t my cup of tea. They’re trying to act all fancy and modern by adding questionable tile patterns and a very aloof menu from the content they should be going for. I want to feel cozy, that just isn’t achievable with lobster rolls and poke bowls. ALSO NO POUTINE?! No. Bye. Also the room was okay but it was very very dark (clean though)
