(July 23, 2018, 5:53 pm)We were only in Levis for one night and we came here twice. The dipped cones are SO GOOD. It's not the normal crunchy-wax chocolate dip, it's a full on thick chocolate dip. The flavours are great. Lots of indoor seating, some outdoor seating, and everyone was friendly and were able to help us in English.
