(May 21, 2019, 6:03 pm)J’ai un pneu neuf qui venait avec mon véhicule qui a éclaté. Alors que mon concessionnaire automobile m’a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi, le gérant de Pneus Ratté, M. Gingras, a pris les choses en main pour moi et a dealé avec Continental en mon nom. Un gros merci!

(April 20, 2019, 10:15 pm)Our vehicle broke down on the highway not far from Levis while on vacation, and we managed to drive it to this garage. For not knowing the language or the location , we were really impressed, as it was a holiday weekend they made time to squeeze us in and look at the car. The mechanic was super honest and helpful as well as our service adviser Leonie. We ended up having to stay the night, and they even arranged to drive us and our two pets to a nearby hotel. Thank you for getting us back to our vacation!
