Excellent. Nous avons trouvé ce lieu par hasard et ce fut une très agréable surprise: nous avons été accueilli par un homme extrêmement sympathique qui nous a expliqué en détail tout le processus de production du sirop d'érable jusqu'à sa forme la plus concentrée, puis avec lequel nous avons discuté pendant 30 min (nous étions seuls). Je recommande si vous êtes en séjour à Québec.

Friendly guy looks after this sugar shack and gave us an excellent personal tour. Only spoke French but luckily my wife was able to translate his interesting stories and anecdotes. Prices were average but no tax so it worked out great. He has photos from many generations of his family running the maple syrup business.

Bellissimo! In questo posto spiegano la produzione dello sciroppo d'acero. La spiegazione è molto chiara anche per i turisti stranieri. Proprietaria gentilissima. Alla fine della spiegazione si assaggia lo sciroppo d'acero e si può comprare. Prezzi ottimi, migliori che i altri negozi.

Amazing experience not to be missed on the island. Richard is very passionate about his work and explained the whole maple creation process. Delicious products to taste and we bought maple syrup from his farm to bring back to NY.
