(September 28, 2021, 12:08 am)We had our pool installed in June 2021 and realized soon afterwards that the liner had a defect.(small hole). Due to the water loss, the retaining wall folded inwards and needed repairs. We had the hole repaired and we were told to refill the pool and use it until the bathing season was over. In early September I contact Aqua Bois and they sent over a contractor by the name of Jean Francois Deschênes. He was the technician that repaired the wall. He did such an impeccable job. Jean Francois was courteous, patient and professional. I'd like Mr. Pilote and Mr. Jean Robert to know that we are very happy with his service. Jean Francois was in our area earlier today and he took the time to call us to see if everything was going well with the pool. Now that's rare! Jean Francois keep up the good work. I highly recommend Piscine Aqua Bois. They stand by their work and their word.
