I greatly appreciate the teaching of Ginette Labelle. A gentle and friendly approach. Looking forward to trying other classes on the schedule. I warmly recommend this yoga studio.

At each session, we are given the right explanations to allow us to produce the movements well and inform us about the parts of the body that will benefit from them.
