1 year later, one of the units sinks! We have water damage in the wall to the basement. I am still waiting for news, after 4 days without follow-up.
We had already done business with a well-established company in Longueuil and had had no problems in 10 years. We didn't know much about Comfort Zone and had 3 units installed in our new house, which was a disappointment.
