1 year later, one of the units sinks! We have water damage in the wall to the basement. I am still waiting for news, after 4 days without follow-up.
We had already done business with a well-established company in Longueuil and had had no problems in 10 years. We didn't know much about Comfort Zone and had 3 units installed in our new house, which was a disappointment.

Professional technician, explains what he does, what remains to be done. Very competitive rates. The technician took pictures of our system and sent us all the pictures: serial number, all the references for our information. We are very satisfied and will continue to do business with Zone Confort inc for the next few years. We highly recommend them
