Fantastic customer service, healthy trees, quick shipping. very helpful people. As a business owner my self, I'll tell you, when it comes to online reviews, people are quick to do one when something goes wrong, but very seldom when they are happy. Finally our first positive review for Canadian nursery.
The trees were packed exceptionally well. All 4 trees I ordered are large, with a thick trunk, nicely branched and with good roots. They are at least 3 years old or even more. They look all like alive trees.
After getting "rat tails" like dead trees from another nursery last year ( see my other review if you are curious) this was a truly good quality shipment. I will follow up with figures on how the trees survive but the first impression is a very positive!!!
Communication is good, my husband got the answer the next day after the e-mail with proper explanations and information. The company has a nice website where is easy to book and read on the particular plant before the order.
I received my order on May 3, perfect timing to plant trees in Ontario.
I highly recommend this nursery, they are doing a great job and respecting their customers. They offer the best selection in Canada as well. Thanks for a great service, looking forward to work with you in the future
