Inspected my model car order before shipping found a defect offered to ship another one right away and I received it quickly and in good shape. Refund for the difference of cars was issued fairly quickly as well. Overall great experience and customer service and a great looking model car.

The people at Nice car diecast are very helpful and they usually ship my order the same day if it’s not too late in the day. Packaging is always done very good and orders always arrive in perfect condition. If there is ever an issue with a product they call me to discuss it and see if I still want it instead of just shipping it, that is awesome customer service. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to the store as I would love to be able to visit Nice car diecast in person. I do recommend this store to everyone, they are a fair, honest and caring business to deal with.
