In terms of the installation of the equipment itself, nothing to say but as regards the dressing of the drives, I am very disappointed! A month after the installation, I already had to call them several times to get it done and with the result, it was placed askew and ill-fitting, in short, done in a hurry. I sent an email to the seller more than a month ago but until then, no sound, no picture !!
Problem solved and a big thank you and to Jacob who rectified the situation!!! -

We did business with Chartray and were satisfied from start to finish. The representative was VERY knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer our questions. He was very professional and friendly. We felt confident. The installation went really well: the two installers were polite, efficient, courteous, professional, in their business. They also took the time to explain to us how the heat pumps work. I have only good words to say about this experience: from submission to installation. 👌
