(December 12, 2022, 2:46 pm)I took part in the cardio-pushchair class with Ève and it was great for a resumption of physical activity following my delivery. Eve is dynamic, always in a good mood and attentive to our particularities. She was able to adapt certain exercises for those with restrictions. Very nice to train outside! Only downside: the platform to notify our absences to register for times did not always work very well and we could not make the changes.
