I bought cross-country skis from another store. I thought I could install the bindings myself. However, a problem has arisen. I called them to ask a question. The person on the phone was extremely nice, taking care to explain the procedure to me. I finally asked him what the lead time was to install the bindings. It was noon Thursday then. He replied that he would probably be able to give it to me the same day or the next morning so that I could enjoy my skis the same weekend! Truly, IMPECCABLE service! I HIGHLY recommend this store for your outdoor needs!!
