Nirvana Heat Pump

Nirvanas customer service was excellent! We had a problem with the first heating pump we brought, the Nirvana manager, was simply AMAZING! She responded to our concerns immediately, always answered her e-mails, was courteous, friendly, understanding and went above her call of duty for us. She replaced our heater within a few days and was always super attentive! I would recommend Nirvana, highly. The customer service is excellent and the manager goes above and beyond her call of duty!

Hands down best purchase I’ve made on my pool. We have extended our season from mid April to October. We are in New Hampshire and swim in 60 degree weather now. We have a 35,000 gallon pool and we keep it between 85 and 90 degrees. Our electric bill obviously goes up, but not as much as you’d think. I would say with the heater going 24 hours a day in the beginning and end of season we spent an extra $700 last year on electric. A majority of that was in April and September. I would say it cost the same to run the pump as the heater. I have a friend with another name brand heater and we compare temps and electric bills. The Nirvana wins!

Placed a service call on line - with the serial number they have all the information they need about your pool installation and purchase. I was within the 5 year guarantee period. Within less than 24hrs someone was at my place to fix the heat pump - in & out within 30 mins. Technical pad fixed and changed. No service fee - all under guarantee. Technician was polite, service was excellent. Highly recommend their service.
