The employees are unionized, the administration gives remuneration for employees who have a good presence, and others (employee week, recognition dinner, etc.). I have been a PAB employee for 4 years among some employees in other depts for more than 10 - 20 years.

Very nice place for convalescence and to live there in complete safety.
Attentive staff, listening to your needs, your concerns and responding quickly in case of emergency.
Excellent and diverse food.
I spent a few weeks in convalescence and I very much appreciated all the services adapted to my needs and especially the human side felt by all the staff.
