“Hi, I’m Simon, your chef and waiter this evening.” With that intro, my wife and I started a wonderful dinner. Oysters and beef tartar for starters, prime rib and mushroom risotto for entrées and cheese and pumpkin pie with chocolate mousse for desserts. Consistently delicious. A great variety of tastes. And Simon is a delight. If you’re in this part of Quebec, get a reservation and rush over. You’ll be glad you did.

Great Dinner. My family enjoyed their meal thoroughly. We will be back.

2nd time at Minton! Always an amazing culinary experience! Chef Simon never disappoints! Had brunch today for Mother's Day; last time I went was last year summer for dinner with my girlfriends - both times were spectacular! Staff is great, too - knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. It feels like home when you dine in here with the quality of a high-end restaurant! Will be back and very highly recommended! Thank you, guys! 💛
