Service are not too flexible, like the package.

I'm from Ottawa, I recently purchased an older used Class C from a guy in Montreal and when I asked Canadream for support (inspection/check/winterizing) they were 110% there for me with friendly customer service (Christian & Nancy) and some helpful tips n tricks (Steve). I don't usually write these but they REALLY deserve to be mentioned !!!

We hired an RV from the Halifax office and drove it all the way to the Montreal office over 10 days.
Prior to the trip even starting we were already impressed! To arrange our hire we were talking extensively with Victoria Havekes (from the Calgary office). She was so incredibly helpful right from the beginging when we first called the company, to enquire about hire! She was so attentive and we felt she went above and beyond.

When we picked up the RV in Halifax Yvonne processed our check in. She insured that this process was quick, informative and easy and answered all of our questions. All very organized!!

Our ten days on the road were perfect. We had an amazing trip and the RV made it easy to cook and sleep on the road. It was impeccably clean and supplied everything we needed. So much space for us to relax and enjoy!
We had a few queries whilst we were on the road; one day regarding a low voltage warning light in the RV and called the helpline. They were again super informative. They transferred us immediately to a technician who explained and within a minute it was all resolved!!

We delivered the RV to Montreal this morning and Christian was so lovely, yet again making the entire process too easy and promt.
My partner and I were incredibly impressed with Canadream and will 100% be recomending this company to anyone we know!
