I was really stressed - moved into a new place and discovered mold.
Contacted Canada Restoration Services and spoke with Jean. He was patient, helpful and responsive. Came quickly to take a look, explained all that was going on, helped me understand what was needed in order to address the problem, responded to all of my questions, and schedule the work get done really fast.
His team was as helpful, kind, and professional. Karim was in charge of doing the job. He went above and beyond the "call of duty". Not only did the work per se but also helped to move things around as I had unpacked boxes and furniture.
Once the work was completed they left air purifiers to finish the job for a while.
. Were very flexible and reliable as I was travelling and they accommodated my schedule and just made it work! In such an unpleasant situation, it is refreshing to get professional and reliable help in a way that makes it easy and pleasant. I highly recommend their services, and in particular Jean and Karim.
