It would be an understatement to say that chef Dino is inspired and passionate. The food is absolutely wonderful. The complexity of the aromas makes his dish a memorable experience.
He catered my wedding and the food was exquisite. Everyone enjoyed it.

An absolute incredible service. Dino his a chef who loves and his very passionate about his art. It shows from picking the ingredients fresh , marinating , and cooking, you see the passion when he tells you about the preparation and the cooking process to all the spices flavors blending in together. we recommend everything on the menu, tried most of it and we we're never disappointed. I know he catered an event for the cast of Sans Obligation d'achat a theater piece and it was sublime surpassed expectation and he his very professional.

Dino is a passionate chef where he harmonizes all the good ingredients together. His passion can be felt when he describes his menu or when he is cooking in front of you.

I required his services for several occasions, where I needed to greet international clients. He did not disappoint. His professionalism, presentation and amazing dishes were absolutely outstanding. He exceeded our expectations, impressed our clients by making dishes to make them feel at home with his own twist. Dino enhanced our customer experience, a touch where our clients won't forget!

Had a 10 guest catering event on Jan 27, 2020 which was a huge success thanks to Chef Dino & What's Cooking Catering! My guests were mesmerized at the various dishes that Chef Dino served us that night...even though we had generous portions per dish, several of my guests had seconds on their main course. Chef Dino's signature braised beef & Halibut dishes were extraordinary! This has been my 6th event with Chef Dino and will always mandate him for any/all of my future events. He is very talented, creative, and reasonably priced!
