I can only say thank you to Val (I hope I got your name right!) for making up for his colleague's sub-par service in Montreal. He managed to get us a great replacement car, and even went out of his way to fix a poorly explained insurance issue we had when picking up the broken-down car in Montreal. Can't say how well other locations work but we had a very polarized experience with Discount, and this was undoubtedly the brightest side.
