(March 27, 2023, 6:14 pm)Joining Jocelyn Plamondon’s program allowed me to reach my full potential. I train with Jocelyn twice a week since the summer of 2021. At the beginning, I considered myself intermediate in terms of my general physical fitness. I weighed more than 25 pounds more than I do today and had a lot of trouble keeping up with the training, which is quite demanding. After less than 6 months of training with Jocelyn, I made my debut in the obstacle course circuit (Spartan Races for example) at the competitive level. In 2022 I did several races and I even managed to make a top 10 in a Sprint type race of the Canadian Spartan championship in Mont-Tremblant. I highly recommend joining Jocelyn's program if you also want, like me, to reach your full physical potential!
