Late night, tired and having driven 12 hours on the road, at 10pm and this border crossing was open, welcoming, and kindly professional and ready to be efficient and helpful. We had all our passports and arrive Canada app filled out and ready. Border patrol was patient… while one of us had to look for a dropped passport on the car floor… ooops… but all went well. He wore a mask while helping us, and we had ours on as requested. A curvy road in Canada but well worth the effort to use this quiet crossing. Came out near Venice, Canada.
Took only a few minutes to process through. Very friendly staff (agent was really nice to my son). And public restrooms on site, which are helpful if you have a toddler in tow.
There is only one lane. It was Victoria Day at 6pm...it took 1 hour to pass through which was better than the Phillipsburg border crossing.
