(September 2, 2023, 7:12 pm)First, the lady when we called was stupid when I called to find out if I could move the appointment (okay it was the same day but we don't anticipate her gastro). Instead of directly offering me alternatives like making an Interac transfer and letting them deliver the wood contactless.
Secondly, I opted to pay more for dry wood, let's say I've already seen wood drier than that.
