(September 14, 2022, 12:01 pm)The best place to expend energy, sweat and have fun. With Ian and Jess, I spend close to 1000 calories per class and it gets back in shape after only a few weeks. To try it is to adopt it! Ask for a free trial, you won't regret it. It's not Zumba but fitness to music intertwined with kickboxing style moves! I simply love it!
