Great service and staff

Jade who is the lady who served us was very knowledgeable and was eager to help us. She suggested a couple of television set and we decided on the one we wanted. She made the arrangement for the delivery and installation and did a follow up with us. Wonderful service all the way.

What a great service! I was served my Micheal & Jade, who were extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the products they had. They arranged me a listening experience as well, took their time to answer all my questions. I could easily see that Micheal's main concern was firstly customer satisfaction while meeting customer requirements rather than sell.

Jade also was very helpful, she did a follow-up on some things I've ordered which they didn't have in stock. She's very polite, professional and exceeding at customer service.

Folks, you make a great team. I will definitely come buy again at that Centre Hi Fi, hoping to be served again by Mike and Jade. Keep up the amazing work, and thanks for everything!!!

What an inventory! Truly the best centre hifi in QC. Mike is always there to answer all your questions and guide you without any pressure. I travelled all the way from Brossard just to do business with him. Thank you for your amazing professionalism Mike. I can’t wait for my wife to yell at me because I’ve spent all our life savings on our home theatre again!
