I had an excellent experience with the service department from Haut-Richelieu Volkswagen. My vehicle wouldn't start and my roadside assistance was in the process of being reactivated. The service department was very understanding and reacted to my situation in an extremely professional and helpful manner. They sent someone out with a booster pack immediately. And, once my vehicle started, they offered to check if my battery needed replacing. Thank you, Travis - you really helped me out of a very stressful situation and I'm extremely grateful for your professionalism and kindness!

Pristine service, even during the weekend, they took my issue and responded very quickly, nice turn around in regards of solving the issue. They even offered me a driver since I do not have my car.

Gentleman we spoke to about purchasing a car was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Daniel for any purchases. I did find it a little odd that the sales manager did not speak any English at all. Not sure how someone gets a managerial position without being bilingual. Other than that,The experience was quite pleasant.
