The door counters are simple to install and use. The in-house support is super friendly. It's been a positive experience with all aspects of using the devices and reporting features.

We have been working with Store Traffic for almost 3 years now and have their counters in all 40+ (growing) locations. The products have performed very well even in the harshest of conditions (Puerto Rico after the hurricanes). The support team has been very helpful assisting us in integrating the data directly from the units into our own system so that we can calculate conversion rates internally. SMS's web portal has great data but we have the capacity to integrate directly so we went in that direction. We periodically test the counters and they come up within tolerance all the time. Once they are installed and configured you can basically forget about them and just absorb the data!

Our small libraries installed PEARLs door counters and they are perfect for our needs. The wireless set-up was easy with immediate results. Patrons barely notice the small sensors, and we can view hourly, daily, and monthly statistics. As a manager I appreciate the TMAS dashboard and having the data in spreadsheets. Great product!

I have been very happy with our Pearl Device. The setup was very easy and the support team at SMS has been very helpful with any questions that I had. We signed up for the T.M.A.S software and it can supply you with any data that you could need regarding people coming or going. The completely wireless setup was great for us since we didn't have an easy option for wired networking and power supplied to the device.
