please note though: on two occasion their lamb cubes were incorrectly labeled and we got beef instead. When I pointed it out they refunded the money without fuss. However I am not sure if they have solved the mislabeling issue that they clearly have.

Porc and turkey have a really mild flavour and aroma. Charcuterie is very good. Beef and grass fed beef are also very good. This is how beef is supposed to taste. You don't easily find this quality of products.
