(September 3, 2022, 2:32 pm)For the blood sample, I had a very good experience yesterday. At the entrance, I explained to Nathalie that the nurses sometimes have difficulty finding my vein and that it stresses me out. As my boyfriend could not wait with me, she came to see me twice during the wait to make sure everything was fine. Then, during the sample, the nurse was understanding about my stress and showed great gentleness. Thanks to them! Note that I waited about 40 minutes for my appointment at 9:50. In my experience of a few years with blood sampling, this is a normal time frame. I suggest that you make your appointment as soon as possible to minimize the waiting time. :-)
(July 6, 2022, 9:18 pm)Alright, even if sometimes we wait, it's not that long. And the other services are also very good, ex: renewal at the RAMQ. Too bad that for some service I have to move to Varenne.

(November 3, 2020, 1:42 pm)The new system with appointments is working very well. Short wait, less people in waiting room, ample parking and friendly staff (nothing to do with system, but deserves mentioning). In at 07:30, appointment at 07:40, out at 07:55.
