Marc-André is an extraordinary coach who makes programs adapted to our lifestyle while making sure to target our objectives. Very professional and very creative he managed to surprise us with very effective exercises to allow us to improve like this point of tennis where my opponent makes me a short ball after a long exchange, I go up to the net on a beautiful approach shot , my opponent gives me a perfect lob from the back of the court, I run and I send him an imperfect lob, my opponent is already at the net and he gives me a perfect drop shot and that's when I understood the usefulness of 10 meter sprint with start in push-up position, I went like a rocket to do a nice crossover winner!!! Whatever the training goal Marc-André is the best trainer I know!!!
